prevent bacteria growth in the pool. Stabilized chlorinated products
are the most popular products used by residential pool owners because
they:
- Last significantly longer than unstabilized chlorinating products
in sunlight.
- Have a high available chlorine content.
- Dissolves slowly in the tablet and stick forms.
- Are completely soluble.
SUN offers compressed, stabilized trichlor products (90% available
chlorine) in the following forms:

Tablets
3-inch tablets for use in automatic feeders, floating chlorinators
or skimmers.
- Fill unit with product as needed and adjust feed mechanism
to maintain 1.0-3.0 ppm chlorine residual. Look for the
SUN logo.

Tablets
1-inch tablets for use in automatic feeders and floating
chlorinators.
- Fill automatic feeders and floating chlorinators as needed
and adjust flow rate to maintain 1.0-3.0 ppm chlorine residual.
SUN tablets are also available in the following convenient
dispensers or replacement cartridges:
- Disposable Floating Chlorinator: Non-refillable chlorinator
provides constant, steady chlorination as it floats on the
surface and tilts when its ready for replacement.
- Universal U cartridge: Replacement cartridge for use with
most automatic chlorinators.
- Type E cartridge: Refillable replacement cartridge for
selected feeders.

Sticks
2"-inch sticks for use in automatic feeders, floating
chlorinators or skimmers.
- Add 1 stick per 10,000 gallons to feeder, skimmer or floating
feeder as needed to maintain 1.0-3.0 ppm chlorine residual.

Stabilized granular chlorinating product containing 56% available
chlorine for broadcasting directly into pool.
- Add 2-3 oz. per 10,000 gallons daily directly to pool
to maintain 1.0-3.0 ppm chlorine residual.
- For superchlorination add 1 lb. per 10,000 gallons.

Super Tab®
Patented, sleeved 28 oz. donut-style 4-inch tablet, for use
in in-ground, concrete pool skimmers only.
- Add 1 tablet per 5,000 gallons per week or as needed to
maintain a 1-3 ppm chlorine residual.
In addition, SUN offers a chlorinating float feeder, an adjustable,
refillable chlorinator that holds 3-4 lbs. of Small Tablets
or Sticks, providing constant steady chlorination as it floats
on the surface.

SUN
Burst®
Non-stabilized calcium hypochlorite for hand feed applications.
- Add 3-4 oz. per 10,000 gallons every other day if pool
contains stabilizer or conditioner; 6-8 oz. per 10,000 gallons
per day without stabilizer or conditioner.
- Predissolve in bucket of water prior to adding to fiberglass,
painted or vinyl pools.

Brominating
Tablets
Brominating tablets are for use in automatic feeding devices
and ideal for indoor pool applications.
- Follow label instruction for product application and feed
rate adjustments to maintain a bromine residual of 1-3 ppm.
